AH423 is a high voltage and high sensitivity single pole Hall switch chip designed using bipolar semiconductor technology. The chip is internally composed of a voltage stabilizing unit, Hall voltage generator, differential amplification circuit, temperature compensation circuit, and collector open circuit output circuit. Working form: Input magnetic induction intensity, output as digital voltage signal. Provide two packaging forms: TO92S and SOT23-3L, both of which comply with RoHS standards.
